Enterprise-Level Client Data Security
Tax-Free Wealth Blueprint AI™ uses modern security standards, encryption practices, access controls, and privacy safeguards designed to help protect sensitive client information.
How We Protect Your Information
We use modern encryption practices, secure cloud infrastructure, protected client portals, access controls, and security monitoring designed to help safeguard sensitive retirement planning information.
Encryption in Transit & at Rest
All traffic is protected with TLS 1.2+ (Cloudflare SSL). Client data is stored in an encrypted database using AES-256 at rest.
Secure Authentication
Industry-standard password hashing, session expiration, secure cookies, and optional multi-factor authentication for advisors.
Role-Based Access Control
Clients see only their own analyses. Advisors see only their assigned leads. Enterprise admins see organization-level data. Platform admins are tightly scoped.
Protected PDF Delivery
Reports are watermarked, marked Confidential & Proprietary, and delivered through private storage with short-lived secure links — never public URLs.
Activity Logging
Logins, report generation, file downloads, and advisor access are logged to support enterprise audit and compliance reviews.
Privacy-Focused Data Practices
We do not collect medical diagnosis, prescription, or treatment history. AI analysis uses only generalized retirement values — never SSNs, account numbers, or tax returns.
