Acceptable Use & License Agreement

Blueprint Wealth AI™ and Tax-Free Wealth Blueprint AI™ (the "Platform") are proprietary financial technology systems licensed — not sold — to authorized advisors and organizations. Your access is conditioned on your agreement to the restrictions below.

1. No Copying of Software

You will not copy, clone, mirror, scrape, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform, its source code, its user interface, its calculation engine, or its data models.

2. No Recreation of Calculators

You will not recreate, reproduce, or build derivative calculators, spreadsheets, scripts, or tools that replicate the Platform's Roth conversion analysis, tax-bomb scoring, IRMAA modeling, RMD projections, legacy impact, or scenario comparison logic.

3. No Redistribution of PDFs or Templates

Reports, presentations, PDFs, slide decks, advisor templates, client blueprints, and any other generated output are licensed for use with your own clients only. You will not redistribute, republish, white-label, relabel, post publicly, upload to third-party libraries, or share these materials with anyone outside your authorized engagement with a client.

4. No Resale of the Platform

You will not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, syndicate, or otherwise commercialize access to the Platform or its outputs. Enterprise / firm access is governed by a separate written agreement.

5. No Credential Sharing

Advisor accounts are personal and non-transferable. You will not share your login, password, session, or multi-factor codes with any other person, including colleagues at the same firm. Each advisor requires their own seat.

Enforcement

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, plus any legal and equitable remedies available to Blueprint Wealth AI™, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages and attorneys' fees.

Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Platform you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Acceptable Use & License Agreement, along with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
