DMCA Policy
Blueprint Wealth AI™ respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content available on or through the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location (URL).
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Repeat Infringers
We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
